Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Let us know before the 14 days are up by emailing info@zestspices.eu with your name, order number and the products you want to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

Returning the products

Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, to: ZEST, Rue des Vétérinaires 45, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium. Products must be unopened and sealed, in their original packaging. The cost of returning them is yours.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned products (or proof that you sent them), using your original payment method.

What cannot be returned

For health and hygiene reasons, food products can't be returned once they have been opened or their seal is broken, unless they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@zestspices.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
